Marketing Cloud Specialist (m/f/d)

About this position:
As the owner of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you are providing the technical backbone to HD’s retention campaigns. In close cooperation with campaign managers, you are implementing customer journeys, carrying out campaigns and advising on MC development. In this role, you will also guide MC developers and be responsible for the allocation of development resources. 
Your responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise external service providers for implementation, capacity management, and budget
  • Propel strategy and implementation of Marketing Automation programs in Marketing Cloud to onboard, nurture, convert, and develop loyalty and advocacy
  • Implement and optimize system process, data pipelines, data feedback to external systems, use standard features or develop custom solutions depending on requirements and resources. Strive for a high level of automation in all MC processes
  • Organize and implement all MC campaigns across Europe - Monitor, analyze the campaigns, and optimize them towards maximum business impact.
  • Model business processes and customer experience journeys within the MC platform
  • Supervise and implement audience segmentation including lifecycle, behavioral and geographic, based on product usage patterns and insights gathered across all channels (email, social, paid media, customers)
  • Testing, QA
Your Profile:
  • Several years experience in MC
  • Fluency in German and Certifications: MC E-Mail Specialist, MC Admin, preferably MC Consultant
  • Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing and analytics toolsWorking knowledge of MC modules: Contact Builder, Intelligence Reports, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio (SMS, Push, inApp), Automation Studio, Content Builder
  • Further competencies: understanding of web personalization, digital channel-based content creation, content management, data management and integration, SQL (MC-SQL based on T-SQL)
