Retention Marketing Expert (m/f/d)

About this position:
The Retention team is part of Sales & Marketing, and focuses on value creation for HD by propelling customer engagement, customer loyalty and through upselling. We create and carry out digital campaigns based on thorough analytics and data interpretation, constantly looking for ways to improve our performance. 

As a Retention Marketing Expert, you will take an active role in the design, creation and implementation of retention campaigns across various channels, including website and email. You will also coordinate & direct projects around customers loyalty and B2C marketing tools for our customers.
Your responsibilities:
  • Project management for explorative projects in customer loyalty, retention and upsell activities
  • Conceptualize cross-functional user journeys across multiple touch points and implement them (email, call center, sales)
  • Explore and implementation of B2C retention marketing measures (e.g. Email, Social Media Performance)
  • Distribution of value added content to our customer base (e.g. via Whatsapp, Email). Steering an agency for ideation, creation and implementation of content and its distribution
  • For the time covering maternity leave: Support in the Product-Owner Function for the marketing part of the platform, by collecting requirements, planning sprints and working closely with developers on front-end and CMS
Your Profile:
  • Several years experience in CRM campaigns, preferably in the B2B context with a focus on retention and upselling measures for subscription models
  • Basic knowledge of web development or product development, and how to steer developers, ideally in an Agile Framework
  • Willingness to take over new projects as they develop, for example exploring loyalty programs or B2C marketing services
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in content creation and content marketing is beneficial
