International Marketing Campaign Expert (m/f/d)

As an International Marketing Campaign Expert (m/f/d) you will directly report to the Head of Brand & Comms. You have a solid Marketing Background in either FMCG or on agency side. Understanding, targeting, addressing and measuring B2C and B2B (mainly SME) audiences is your home turf and you’ve been coordinating marketing activities across various countries before.
Your responsibilities:
  • Shape and propel the overall brand awareness strategy and develop clear goals to unlock growth opportunities in all our markets (for DISH and HD)
  • Define (multi-channel) brand awareness initiatives and propel the conception and production in close collaboration with our inhouse creative & agencies
  • Join the team in creating an international Marketing blueprint for go-to-market strategies and supervise / coordinate the implementation of brand awareness & acquisition campaigns on different channels in coordination with country stakeholders
  • Support in new product launch- and go-to-market projects 
  • Build, carry out and measure brand marketing programs: from marketing campaign concept to creative content development and program execution, key stakeholder briefing & aligning with agencies, delivering to countries (including messaging development, website content, PR, online and direct mail campaigns etc.) 
Your Profile:
  • Several years of professional experience in Brand Marketing or Campaign Management in FMCG or on agency side 
  • Solid experience in directing and supervising B2C campaign projects, B2B is beneficial
  • Culture savvy and experienced in coordinating different countries
  • Ability to define marketing objectives, carry out integrated campaigns, track and evaluate results
  • Good sense in product branding, experienced in brand establishment and expansion (especially in European markets) but also confident to use your gut feeling and branding instinct
  • Fluent in English and German, additional languages are beneficial
