Digital Performance Lead (m/f/d)

About this position:
HD Sales is the customer centric motor behind HD’s digital solutions, focused on customers and partners. HD is in a transition phase, transforming from a startup into a mid-size digital pioneer in the HoReCa industry. In order to help us keep and scale up our startup culture, we are looking for a collaborator to strengthen our team and support us in our Customer Success Team.
Your responsibilities:
  • Supervise the support of HD’s customer success strategy on the day-to-day basis and encouraging its continuous improvement 
  • act as a single point of contact for assigned customers and help them navigate through the roll-out projects
  • contribute to productive management and structure of roll-out projects
  • collect, analyze and communicate customer’s needs and demands
  • identify revenue opportunitites to grow business with existing clients.
  • ensure timely and positive delivery of our projects according to customer needs and objectives, and in alignment with HD’s and Metro AG’s objectives
  • forecast and track key customer success metrics, explain and present them in a wider audience
  • lead and facilitate meetings with key stakeholder groups in the company, including Product Management, Marketing and Sales to gain internal alignment on and ensure executional delivery
  • build solid and trusted relationships with HD stakeholders and vendors ensuring clear communication towards project goals, risks, progress, and deliverable quality
  • Build and execute a pipeline of partnership with FMCGs, financial services companies, telcos etc. for tools distribution and data insights
  • Define route planning to ensure sales efficiency
  • Guide the sales recruitment: from hunting,  onboarding to performance management
Your Profile:
  • Relevant experience in a similar position (business development manager, key account manager or a relevant customer-centric role) with a proven track record
  • Experience with projects in a digital SAAS environment
  • Exceptional ability to foster positive business relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate, align and coordinate with different stakeholders on every level of the company (from operational to C-level)
  • Highly organized with a solid ability to track and follow up on details with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proactive, result-oriented, a self-reliant manner working style combined with exceptional persistency and flexibility
  • Acting as a team member who brings a sense of positive energy and the ability to influence, inspire and motivate cross-functional partners across the intercultural organization
  • Previous experience with Office365, Atlassian / Jira
  • Fluent in English language, fluency in the language of at least one of the countries of deployment is mandatory further language are beneficial.
